  • About the Producer

Sebastian Ramirez is a fourth-generation coffee farmer with over twelve years of experience. He began as a traditional grower before delving into fermentation and is now regarded as a master in co-fermenting, carbonic maceration, coffee profiling, and varietals. His mission to make coffee farming exciting brought him to the UVI Young Producer Program as a Mentor, where he shares his expertise with up-and-coming producers.

  • Recommended Brew

We find that a flat-bottom dripper accentuates the confectionary, lemonade-like sweetness of this coffee without losing any of the acidity. A 1:16 ratio on an Orea flat dripper is our *chef's kiss*. We use Third Wave Water light roast profile diluted by 50%.
