Recommended Brew
We find that a flat-bottom dripper accentuates the confectionary, lemonade-like sweetness of this coffee without losing any of the acidity. A 1:16 ratio on an Orea flat dripper is our *chef's kiss*. We use Third Wave Water light roast profile diluted by 50%.
