Sebastian Ramirez | White Honey Geisha
Pickup currently not available
Lemongrass, white grape, lavender, Froot Loops, Jasmine flower. This geisha is a true testament to the innovation, care, and storytelling that Sebastian brings to coffee fermentation.
This is our second coffee from Sebastian and El Placer, and we’re thrilled to offer it. These cherries are hand-picked and sorted so that 95% are ripe, then fermented for 48 hours with an injection of CO2 and lemongrass-fed yeast. The seeds are then partially washed and dried in a two-step process before being packaged in GrainPro bags for stabilization.
We love this coffee across brew methods, but always return to a flat-bottom dripper with gentle agitation. We recommend a 1:17 ratio, with a slightly finer grind and lower agitation (preferably a Melodrip).
