About the Washing Station
Qunqana washing station was founded by Asefa Dukamo and MuluGeta Dukamo, where they sort, weigh, and purchase the cherries from a number of smallholder farmers in the region. Asefa founded the original washing station in Daye town in 2002, with a dry mill being added later. Asefa and MuluGeta now own their own farm, Daye Bensa Farm, 16 washing stations, and 4 dry mills in Sidama.

Recommended Brew
We found that a conical brewer and fast brew time really let this coffee shine. A 1:17 ratio on the UFO dripper with the Sibarist fast filters meets that sweet spot balancing citric acid and sugar. We use Third Wave Water light roast profile diluted by 50%.
